Hi been a while since ive been on here. and 1 hell of a lot of things have happened since.
* University LCF Life Year 1
* Represented England Indoor Netball Team in the South AFrica Tri Nations at U23 Level.
* Got a BF
* Lots of photoShoots
* And made my first set of garments

The Fitness from hell begins…
SPRINT SHUTTLES 6xsets 30seconds.. 600m must be reached…
I DIED.. say no more.. but i must say feel good that i finished it and didnt drop out. circuits were okay too.. not sure bout the ting with the rope that was pointless the rope was to long.

I made the final 14 Indoor Netball Association ENGLAND under 21′s team.
14 cut to 12 will go South AFrica… im on a hard grind…
* NO JUNK FOOD
* LOTS OF RUNNING/FITNESS
